Everyone knows more or less about dandruff. Dandruff is a cause of hair loss in many people. Dandruff is medically called saboric dermatitis. It usually occurs on the scalp or scalp. It can also occur in other parts of the body such as on both sides of the nose, face, chest, or back, eyebrows.
This is due to a variety of reasons, including fungus, as well as some hormonal reasons, as well as seasonal changes, such as increased incidence in cold winter weather.
The cause of dandruff is similar to that of Bron. Dandruff is caused by accumulation of excess oil on the scalp due to accumulation of dirt and various fungi.
It can happen to anyone at any age, big or small. People who use extra oil move more on the head or outside but are not taking a bath properly. Again, working regularly in the dust, sweating a lot, they have more of this problem.
If you want to prevent dandruff, avoid all these problems. Avoid overeating regularly. Many people think that the more oil you give, the more profit you make. But there is a word? Nothing more is better. Sebum is constantly coming out on the scalp.
If you put extra oil on it, it will be harmful. Besides, when girls wear hijab, they sweat a lot. At the end of the day’s work, they should come home and quickly remove the hijab and dry their head.
If you sweat a lot and the head becomes sticky after drying at home, then you should take a bath. And of course, after the bath, dry the hair well. Drying a little and tying the hair will cause dandruff and fungus in the hair.
Dandruff is also caused by a deficiency of essential nutrients for hair, such as a deficiency of various vitamins and minerals.
Using different cosmetics on the head can also cause dandruff from bad chemicals. So be careful in using these cosmetics. Many people’s skin is oily or oily. Although the skin is more oily, dandruff can occur. This dandruff problem can occur again and again for oily skin, so it is quite annoying.
Another cause of dandruff is dry skin or dry skin, i.e. those whose skin is rough, dry, often dehydrated, have more skin shedding. Due to this the tendency of dandruff is more. Dehydration must be eliminated. That’s why you should drink plenty of water regularly. It is important for an adult to drink 2-2.5 liters of water a day.
Drinking water eliminates dehydration, keeps the skin fresh, reduces shedding, and reduces skin shedding. In other words, the problem of dandruff is reduced.
In addition, some skin diseases such as eczema, psoriasis can also increase the problem of dandruff. So we have to ensure proper treatment of these diseases.
