Girona’s Miguel Gutierrez Responds to Real Madrid Whispers Amid Arsenal Interest

Girona defender Miguel Gutierrez has addressed speculation about a possible return to Real Madrid after leaving the club last summer. Despite being linked with a move back to the Santiago Bernabeu, Gutierrez expressed his contentment at Girona, emphasizing the positive environment and support he has received. Real Madrid included a 50% sell-on clause in Gutierrez’s transfer, allowing them to repurchase him for half the price. The player, however, is focused on his present commitment to Girona and is hesitant about returning to Real Madrid.

Key Points

Flourishing at Girona: After being sold to Girona for €4 million last summer, Miguel Gutierrez played a pivotal role in their 10th-place finish in LaLiga. This season, he has continued his impressive form with 12 league appearances, contributing to Girona’s second position in LaLiga.

Addressing Real Madrid Links: Gutierrez was asked about a potential return to Real Madrid, to which he responded that he does not regret leaving. He acknowledged the challenges of transitioning from the Primera RFEF to La Liga and expressed satisfaction with his current situation at Girona.

Focus on the Present: While Real Madrid has the option to buy back Gutierrez for half the price due to a sell-on clause, the player emphasized focusing on the day-to-day and his happiness at Girona. He mentioned the positive group dynamics and expressed his commitment to working with the team for a successful season.

Arsenal Interest: Besides Real Madrid, Gutierrez has also been linked with a move to Arsenal, with the Gunners seeking a new left-back amid interest in Kieran Tierney.

Uncertainty About Real Madrid Return: Despite the potential buy-back option, Gutierrez remains cautious about discussing the future in football, emphasizing the unpredictable nature of the sport. He appreciates positive messages as motivation but remains dedicated to Girona’s current campaign.

Miguel Gutierrez’s response suggests a content and committed player at Girona, despite the allure of a potential return to Real Madrid and interest from Arsenal. The sell-on clause adds an intriguing dimension to his future, but for now, his focus is on contributing to Girona’s successful season.

Death to heart disease is the great hero of football history

Diego Armando Maradona; A football magician. A classical artist. A legend. One of the best footballers of all time died yesterday after drowning millions of football fans in the world. A 60-year-old football magician has died of a heart attack at his home in the small Argentine town of Tigre, AFP reports.

A few days ago, he fell ill and was admitted to a hospital in the Argentine capital, Buenos Aires. In the second week of this month, he underwent successful surgery to remove blood. He was released from the hospital 8 days after the surgery.

He returned to his home. Died there. Maradona was born on October 30, 1960, in the city of Lanus in the province of Buenos Aires. Pele, or Maradona – who is the best footballer in the world? With this, the football world is divided. FIFA solves this complex problem.

I can make people happy with the ball, this is the highest peak of our pride

Pele was recognized as the best footballer of all time until 1980 and later in 1990. Both are World Cup-winning footballers. Maradona got a chance in the Argentina national team in 1977. But due to his young age, he did not get a chance to play the World Cup at home in 1978.

Argentina became the world champion of service under the leadership of Daniel Passarella. Despite not getting a chance in ’78, Maradona played four World Cups in 1982, 1986, 1990, and 1994 in an azure-white jersey of Argentina. Spain made its World Cup debut in ’82. At the age of 22, he turned his attention to himself.

But Argentina could not pass the group stage. Mexico World Cup in 1986 saw the football world a new football magician. Become immortal in that room. In his football magic, Argentina won the World Cup for the second time. Not only the world champion, but he also scored five goals.

His two goals against England set him apart in the golden pages of history. One of whose goals was controversial. The goal, which he called “Hands of God”, has been widely criticized by England football fans. The second goal was declared by FIFA as the best goal of the century.

The way Maradona scored the goal by cutting five England footballers with the ball from their boundary is possible only in imagination! This football artist became immortal with that one goal. After Maradona’s magical football, World Cup football became popular in Bangladesh.

Argentina also reached the final of the 1990 World Cup in Italy. But Maradona did not win the World Cup in a row due to the bad refereeing of the Mexican referee. The way Maradona cried like a child after the defeat in the final, his tears have touched the hearts of football fans. He also played in the 1994 World Cup in the United States.

But banned for drugs. The football magician officially bid farewell to the national team in 1997. In his 20-year international football career, the football legend has scored 34 goals in 91 matches. He has scored 8 goals in 21 matches in four World Cups.

At the end of his football career, he chose to coach as his profession. For the first time in 2008, Argentina took part in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. But after a poor performance, the country’s football federation canceled his contract with him. His career in club football is as colorful as the national team.

He played for world-famous clubs in Napoli, Barcelona. The Argentine Football Federation tweeted: “Argentine Football Association President Claudio Tapia is deeply saddened by the death of our legend Diego Maradona. You will always be in our hearts. ‘
