Mohammad Nasim’s seat declared vacant

The Parliament Secretariat has declared his Sirajganj-1 seat vacant due to the death of former health minister and late spokesperson of 14 parties Mohammad Nasim. EC officials, meanwhile, said that if it was not possible to vote by September 10 due to the epidemic, the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) had given the constitution another 90 days due to natural calamities.
